In the therapy room everything that you say is confidential, it's just between you and me. As a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy I am bound by their 'Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions'(2018).

I take this responsibility very seriously and extend this to include all of your personal data as well as the content of our sessions. 

When it comes to your personal data I comply with all relevant legislation to comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. (See Privacy Policy page for details)
